Aneal is dedicated to delivering high quality mental health care, focusing on a holistic approach to treatment. His philosophy goes beyond pharmacology, incorporating trauma informed care, psychosocial interventions, and collaboration with patients to achieve the best outcomes.

Dr Saibal Guha has been involved in full-time private practice at MARSAI Clinic since 2011.  Initially, the practice was located at Belmont Private Hospital, Carina, from 2011.  MARSAI Clinic subsequently shifted to Cleveland in January 2022 and is dedicated to managing Adults with ADHD and Neurodiversity.

 

I received my MBBS in 1986 (India).  I commenced my psychiatric training whilst working with the Indian Navy in 1995 and completed my Specialist training in 1998 (MD).  I worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist between 1999 and 2003 in various Naval Psychiatry centres across India. I have extensive military psychiatric experience, working with the Indian Navy for over fourteen years.

 

I relocated to Australia in 2004 and have enjoyed extensive public and private involvement as a Senior Staff Specialist across Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania.  I completed FRANZCP in 2006.

 

Having worked in both clinical and senior leadership positions in the public arena in two different states, I have gained valuable experience in the Australian system.  I also have been affiliated to the University of Queensland and Griffith University as a Senior Lecturer in Psychiatry.

 

My speciality has evolved into Adult ADHD, an area I am keenly interested in.  I also take an active interest in holistic care with my patients and work closely with them to assist their recovery journey.

Dr Ramanan is passionate about providing holistic, recovery oriented high-quality mental health care, collaborating with families, other specialists and service providers as required to achieve the best possible treatment outcomes for patients and their families.

Dr Ramanan welcomes patients between 18–65-year group. He has extensive experience working with anxiety and mood disorders, PTSD and dissociative disorders. He has also been working with patients under WorkCover and DVA.

Dr Tjeerd Tijhof specialises working with young people and their families who have experienced trauma or have symptoms of depression, anxiety, psychosis, or neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD/ASD). He also works with adults with a range of mental illnesses, including anxiety and depressive disorders, trauma-related disorders, psychotic disorders, and ADHD. Click here to learn more.

She has a special interest in ADHD and Neurodiversity. She is keen on ensuring clinical pathways are better established to manage adult ADHD. She aims to achieve this by working through shared care pathways.  She is also accredited for providing Focussed Psychological Strategies.  Karen has AHPRA registration and regularly attends CPD activities to ensure her knowledge is current.  Her medical practice is located in Cleveland at Marsai Clinic and she will mainly focus on assessment and engagement to enhance patient care and treatment along side the Psychiatrists and Therapists at this clinic.

Kristina Fox is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with over eight years of experience in acute and community mental health settings. She previously worked in a private mental health hospital and has extensive experience with all aspects of mental health care.

Kristina also works as a TMS Clinician with NeuroXcell TMS, an enterprise connected with this clinic. She is passionate about providing the best possible care to her clients and is interested in working with clients with Neurodiversity.

At Marsai Clinic, Kristina aims to assist referred clients with a smooth transition into clinical care within the existing pathway, with a special impact on enhancing clinical scoping and follow up of clients.

Marina has been running the practice since inception in 2011, and will be able to take your enquiries regarding attending appointments at our rooms.
