Are you seeking specialised psychiatric support for Neurodiversity (including ADHD and ASD) or other issues?

Psychiatrists credentialed to Marsai Clinic, as listed in [Our Team], currently have availability to take on new clients focused on these crucial areas.

We offer a pragmatic, cost effective, and efficient process from a team of experienced Doctors in this field. If all relevant documentation (referral, previous assessments, collateral, tests, etc) are available, we aim to deliver rapid results. Diagnosis and initiation of treatment often takes ONLY ONE SESSION! (Occasionally we may require an extra session if documents are unavailable initially).

We also have follow up services available following your diagnosis. Through our many years of treating Adult ADHD, we understand this is important to ensure you receive not only relevant medication, but also coaching support to scaffold you through your personal and professional lives. Our fees are very reasonable (no lock in contracts), and our clients achieve great results with merging strategies they learn from coaching, with their medication.

We are also interested in GP education, Telepsychiatry, and enhancing pathways to care for mental health consumers.

Management Principles

Marsai Clinics’ core management principles are holistic and humanistic care based on positive psychology and other evidence based practices. We respect and adopt eclectic treatment paradigms to assist our clients’ journey to recovery. This is our singular goal. We like to build capacity and resilience and use a cognitive and coaching based therapy model as seen as appropriate. Each Psychiatrist in this group has different skill sets, which are highlighted in their individual profiles.

New Patients

We wish to advise Dr Saibal Guha is currently accepting one-off referrals, not for ongoing care. Dr Ramanan , Dr Tjeerd Tijhoff and Dr Aneal Jamal are accepting limited numbers of referrals for clients from GPs through contact details on their respective pages (follow links here). rTMS referrals for Depression assessments may be made to Dr Guha if rTMS is being considered. Whilst Dr Guha will manage clients whilst undergoing rTMS, he is unable to provide ongoing care post rTMS.
